Celtic defender Daniel Majstorovic has agreed with Rangers counterpart Kirk Broadfoot's assertion that the Parkhead side are favourites to win the SPL.

The Swedish centre-half has featured in every game for the club since arriving from AEK Athens in the summer.

And he insists the Celtic squad have their eye on the treble this season.

"Everybody can see we have a quality squad, we are favourites to take the title and we will do all we can to do it," he told BBC Scotland.

Majstorovic played his part in Celtic notching up league win number 14 in-a-row by defeating Hibernian 2-1 in Glasgow, although Rangers' victory in Aberdeen means they sit second in the table.

And the 33-year-old believes Neil Lennon has a squad at his disposal that is capable of a clean-sweep of silverware.
