Anyone else here watch the Ultimate Fighting Championship?
To those who dont you dont know what youre missing, these guys train unbelievably hard and are trained in at least 3 different martial arts styles!
My favourite fighters are Forrest Griffin, Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddell, Rampage Jackson, Renato Sobral & Rich Franklin

Shocked on Saturday Night with UFC 87 where ex-The Ultimate Fighter 6 contestants fought and Rob Emerson knocking out Manuel Gamburyan after only 12 seconds into their fight.  Ex-WWE wrestler Brock Lesnar also looked impressive winning his first UFC fight against Heath Herring in the Heavyweight Division.

Chuck Lidell is a mean machine bud!Love his style of fighting.Forrest Griffen is a nother hardy Mf!What ever happened to The Beast from the East Andrei Arlovski?
He looked and fought like an animal.Haven't seen him fight in ages.

The wife hates me watching it.She just thinks it is a free for all ,two guys literally beating the crap out of each other.She can't get how disciplined and technical this is as a sport.

The UFC  makes boxing look like a playground fight.Don't enjoy the boxing as much as i did before starting to watch the Ultimate Fighter.
