ENGLAND vs WEST INDIES

Ok then England start the campaign against the host nation so will need to have their wits about them to win this one.

After 5 overs England have got off to a cracking start and are moving along nicely.

ENGLAND 51-1

Half way through the England innings and with 10 overs gone

ENGLAND 88-4

Going along at a nice 8.8 per over.

Morgan and Wright currently at the crease.

Right 15 overs have now gone and the score stands at

ENGLAND 115-4

Now going at 7.66 and should no start to hit out for the last five overs. Be looking for at least 160.

Right then the half way stage. England have had their 20 over and have set a target of 192

ENGLAND 191-5

WEST INDIES need 9.6 an over to win.

Bllody rain has ruined this. D/L method comes in and means there are just 6 overs total for west Indies and they only have to get to 60.
That's 30 off 3 0vers and 4 balls, that is just crap and set up for W Indies to win.

WEST INDIES 60-2 off 6 overs beat ENGLAND by 8 wickets under the duckworth lewis method due to rain affected match.

Really unlucky on England as we will never know if over 20 overs they would have done it.

It now means England have to beat Ireland tomorrow to progress
