BANGLADESH  vs  PAKISTAN

These two teams are in the same group as Australia and believe it or not these are the two that are seeded and expected to go through. Australia are expected to come bottom. Shocker I know but they have been poor.
In this match current holders Pakistan will be favourites to win.

OK then the first innings is over and Pakistan have had their 20 overs and they have achieved

PAKISTAN 172-3

Bangladesh need 173 to win which is 8.65 an over. Maybe a tall order for them.

Ok then Bangladesh have completed there first 5 overs and stand at....

BANGLADEH 29-1

Going at just under 6 an over when to be up with the rate they should at this point be on 43.

ok that's 10 overs gone and the score stands at....

BANGLADESH 68-2

They have moved up a bit as now at 6.8 an over. However they still need 105 runs to win which means they now have to go at 10.5 an over if they are to win.

Ok then 15 overs gone and just 5 left. The score now stands at

BANGLADESH 120-2

Now going at 8 an over. 5 overs to get 53. Just over 10 an over but definately possible from the last 5 overs. This game could be close in the end.

20 overs - Bangladesh 151-7

PAKISTAN win by 21 runs

In the end it was just a bit to much for Bangladesh but they gave it a real good go but just lost a few too many wickets in the last five overs that slowed them down.
