Manny Pacquiao has the faster hands without doubt. It would be a close contest & personally I prefer Pacquiao.
Mayweather is a fantastic boxer but dont we all know it? I just find him a big headed, arrogant person who likes his own importance.

I am sure he does to SCB but be fair here to be a world champion at whatever sport you surely have to have that but more so in boxing.
