last night i payed for the box office, set up a mans den in the living room....which included beer, more beer and some doritos with a side drink of beer. Invited a couple of mates over....and boom Khan knocked flat in 50 seconds, hilarious as it was.....was rather pissed off at the end!

Did he get beat then? Who was he fighting?

I wouldn't pay to watch him fight.

He faced Colombian Prescott. The match was hyped up big style with Khan moving from ITV to Sky Sports with Sky paying big bucks for him, Was nothing else going on so me and a mate went halves.....and Prescott who is no mug knocked him out within 50 seconds laugh

Looks like that is the end of his career?! and to think Prescott was low down on the list of fighters he wanted to fight ooops

Got to laugh really though haven't you. They have kept him away from decent boxers to build him up and he got cocky with it.

Soon as he meets a decent boxer and it's curtains.

the problem is, these average boxers are so over-hyped its unbelievable. They get unbeaten records for fighting nobodies or has-beens, and as soon as they face someone half decent, BANG, they're out. Anyone remember Prince Naseem?
I'm a huge boxing fan, and I've been predicting this would happen to Khan soon, and as soon as i found out he would be fighting the powerful, if not so skilled Breidis Prescott, i fancied the end of his unbeaten reign!

It's like Hatton. Now don't get me wrong. Hatton is much better than Khan,l but has very little competition, and lets be honest, Mayweather was far too good for him, and i'll admit I was surprised to see Ricky last so long with him!

The problem with these two guys are that they are too nice. Look how mean and angry Floyd Mayweather always seems. Mike Tyson is another phenominal example. Tyson was an angry kid, and if personal problems didn't hamper his life, and he'd have made a career, the same way he started it, I'm sure he'd be remembered as the greatest boxer ever!

To me that accolade must go to Cassius Clay/Mohamed Ali, well in my life time that is.

yeah, and thats how it is remembered. I think had Tyson carried on as he started before his mental health issues then thats how it could've been remembered!

Some people say Tyson was the best boxer of all time.

As for Amir Khan I never thought he was all that good. Wee Wullie Lomand put him on his arse and he should have been counted out but the biased ref let the fight go on and when Lomand went down he was counted out when he looked in better nick than Khan.

Listened to David Price earlier and he wasnt sure weather to turn pro yet as he wants to fight in London, then kind of changed his mind and said hes gonna have a think and if he does turn pro he will choose his promoter carefully.......then he slagged Harrison a bit laugh

If he does turn pro it surely cant be as worse as Audley Harrison?!

I thought you were talking about Scott Harrison for a moment there.

His career was worse, he's in Barlinnie prison now.
