What would you change ?  thinking

I'd get rid of 3 points for a win. It should IMO be 2, like in the old days. There was no need to change the system.

I'd get rid of the play-offs too, in the divisions, re: promotion.

20 teams in each division, top four up and bottom four down. 38 matches.

In the SPL, get rid of the league split - it's feckin daft.

On the large scale - tell FIFA & UEFA to get themselves sorted or face a revolution from the fans ! I find it very annoying that these dafty old suits call the shots and tend to piss-off the vast majority of fans. It's OUR game, not theirs. About time that they became aware of this.

I know that there are issues re: TV, money, etc... but I'd like The Beautiful Game to be able to stand above it and for us to have what's right, rather than what's best for the annoying sods that have more power than a care for the masses. It's the Peoples Game and we deserve to get it back.

'Secondary' cup competitions - Eg the League Cups and Europa League - not sure that they should continue. We know that (repectively) the FA Cups and Champions League rank far higher with most footy fans.

Etc .....

I would keep 3 points for a win...managers are negative now so if it went back to 2 points for a win everyone will just sit back as its only a 1 point difference.

Ban players in England for diving.

Managers must wear suits....there not players anymore so ban the trackies

Make the Europa league into the Uefa Cup and make it a knock out system. Champions League is fine but 3rd place should not enter the Uefa Cup, cant reward them for losing.

Ban gloves from being worn when wearing short sleeves, seriously no point!!

Why just England mate it should be worldwide and lets get it stamped out.

Suits bit, I agree as it sets a standard to the players as well as for Cambs player managers he is right but if they are named as a player on the bench then they should be rightly kitted up in club tacksuit and kit awaiting possible intoduction to the game.

Gloves bit doesn't bother me as it shows they are really nancy boys. If they are a defender it seriously devalues what a striker must think about them as they can't stand the cold and vice versa if it's a striker wearing gloves.

I mentioned England as im pretty sure in a few countries they have already banned a few players for it. Krasic being the latest one for Juventus

I neve really take managers who wear tracksuits seriously, they come across abit amateurish.

Bring back standing, ticket prices lower but that will never ever happen, Beer in the stand but again that will never ever happen  Whistle

Suits should never be allowed near the turf.

They are for chubby rich bassas who sit in the posh seats.

For me the biggest thing wrong with football today is the fees paid for players and the wages they unrealistically want to command. That has driven the game to now have unrivalled debt amongst clubs and more now than ever before struggling to survive.

I would bring in a salary cap on the divisions (higher at the top of course and scaled down as you go down), make wages sustainable for a club to survive.
I believe a limit on transfer fees should be imposed but accept this could be hard to do compared to a salary cap. I would also ban agents from the game as they are half the reason that transfer fees have gone up so much so fast.

Maybe have an official authority (eg: the FA) to act in the place of agents, so all correspondance goes via those who would eventually have to rubber-stamp it anyway. ?  thinking

Now then Jimmie ask your self this, when the Uruguayan handled against Ghana on the line and saved a certain goal there was uproar but he got a red card and when the aftermath came out all pointed at he was with in the rules and the rules got him a red card. Have not Real just used the rules to their advantage and everyone is complaining because thy didn't think of it first?

It is not right I grant you but equally they have just realised that they can use the situation to their advantage and have. More fool the the authorities for not spotting a potential loophole and changing the rules.

Yes I did think of that very scenario, but I think WC game was more done out of instinct, and not contrived like the CL game
