Well, I've already done the Big Two (Cambridge United v Burra & Celtic v Rangers !).

But it's got me thinking about other derby games that I'd like to see, as a 'neutral'.

Argentina: Boca v River Plate
England: Loads. Bristol City v Roverrrzz is one in particular that I'd like to see. Plus the Manchester and Merseyside jobs. I'll bet that Vale v Stoke would be a cracker as well.
Italy: AC v Inter and Roma v Lazio
Portugal: Sporting v Benfica
Scotland: Dundee v Dundee Utd and Hibs v Hearts
Spain: Real Madrid v Atletico

Ding-dong.  BOX

 thumbs up

I'll bet that Panathinaikos v Olympiakos (Greece) would be good. But there are AEK Athens as well, which confuses it a tad. Same with Istanbul (Turkey) - Fenerbahce, Galatasary, Besiktas, etc.....

Ipswich v Norwich - to the neutral it doesnt seem like a big rivalry but its quite tasty once your up there despite being a good 20 minute drive between the two towns. At times it was quite surreal....i was in a supermarket in Norwich and some guy had an Ipswich shirt on and fruit was quickly thrown in his direction. Hilarious to me and a few other but not for the locals.

Cardiff v Swansea is a big one although the recent match seemed dull footballing and atmosphere wise. Swansea fans were superb when we played them so i can imagine how good they will be against Cardiff.

Sevilla v Real Betis - Seville derby. Both fans are known for having some of the best fans in the country. Would love to go there

Penarol v Nacional - Uruguay - 80% of the population support either team and for the games they open the national stadium where they split it 50/50, pictures ive seen look crazy

Good shout re: Betis and Sevilla. When I was in Seville for the UEFA final we met alot of Betis fans who liked us as we also are green+white. One Betis fan wanted to swap jerseys with me but I politely declined !! Lol.

Swans v Cardiff - aye, no love lost there.

Norwich v Ipshit - an interesting one as it is, as you say, not that 'local' but they do hate each other. I 'member once when we (CUFC) were at Ipswich. Norwich were not playing that day and some Norwich fans came down and stood with us on the away terrace. We won as well (top of the old 2nd division!) and the Ipshit fans were very not happy !! I'd had a few lagers but I remember that Steve Claridge scored the winner.

Yeah, I reckon that Boca v RP would be my favourite although there's little chance of me ever getting to Argentina.

Mind you, they have some good red wine and fit women down there.  thumbs up
