Borrowed the book "iam the gloryhunter" and have already read it. Its about a fan who picks a club and supports them until they lose and then goes to support that team

I'm going through the Sharpe series.

I bought 'Sharpes Escape' and 'Sharpes Fury' yesterday from Waterstones. Cost me £13.98, but I love the Sharpe novels.

Going out today, to try to get The Flight Of Earls

Quote
The Flight of the Wild Geese refers to the departure of an Irish Jacobite army under the command of Patrick Sarsfield from Ireland to France, as agreed in the Treaty of Limerick on October 3, 1691, following the end of the Williamite War in Ireland. More broadly, the term "Wild Geese" is used in Irish history to refer to Irish soldiers who left to serve in continental European armies in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries.

I have ordered The Flight of Earls.

I am now reading 'The Great Sioux Uprising' It's about the rebellion by the Sioux Nation against the settlers in 1862 Minnesota, which in turn lead to 'The Balltle of Little Big Horn' and ended with the massacre @ Wounded Knee in the last few days of 1890.
