Hotdogs: Ketchup, mustard and fried onion (just like sausage sangers).

Beefburgers: Cheese, fried onion and ketchup / chilli sauce.

Quorn/chicken burgers: Diced uncooked onion and mayo.

White bread for all of them, btw. White (preferably Spanish) onions.
