That's fecking crazy, Wembley is supposed to be for the Final

I say play the Fulham/Spurs v Portsmouth at Villa Park, and the Aston Villa v Chelsea can be played either at Old Trafford or The Emirates Stadium, decided on the toss of a coin.  huh

I disagree. You can get more fans into Wembley, give more folk the chance to see the game. Villa aside, they are all from the South/SouthEast so it seems daft to make them go North. I doubt many Villa fans will be annoyed at going to Wembley to face Chelski.

CC, I can see the logistics of it, but Wembley is the show piece arena, and should be kept for the finals. What if the semis included, Liverpool v Everton, Newcastle v Sunderland. Even the likes of Sheffield Utd v Sheffield Wednesday or Bristol City v Bristol Rovers, all could fill Wembley for a semi final, shold those games go ahead there then  huh

And how about say Tottenham v Newcastle, an easy sell out for a Wembley semi, but should the game be played there.
