Luton Town manager Richard Money has launched a vehement defence of his tenure at Kenilworth Road.

Rumblings of discontent have emerged among sections of fans following Tuesday's 2-1 home defeat by Crawley.

Money told BBC Three Counties Radio: "If people want to demand what I hear they're demanding at the minute,[they should] be careful what they ask for.

"You may just get a manager who smashes everything up, throws too much money at it and puts the club in trouble."

He added: "If that's what you want, go and get it. I think we're doing an absolutely fantastic job at this moment in time."
