Ok The Bank has a new competition for all you people out there. The Winner Takes All Competition.


Basically The Bank will select a selection for anyone who enters to choose which they think will happen. Get it right and you stay in, Get it wrong and your out. We keep going each week until 1 person is left and then the winner takes all.

Entry will cost 100 credits per person. The Bank will then match all entry fees. So if we have 5 entrants a further 500 will be added giving the prize pot 1000. So the more punters who enter the bigger the pot.

Ok then Week/Round One selection is

Football: Saturday 28th August 2010; Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Newcastle United.

All you have to do to enter is decide what the result will be. Either Wolverhampton win, Newcastle win or a Draw.
Those are your three choices.Choose just one.

All those who get it right will be invited to select for week/round 2.
There is no senntiment in the betting shop. Everybodies money is great for me to take!

Right then the result of the first selection was Wolves 1 Newcastle 1 which means it was a draw.

The following selected a draw and are through to the next round
BradfordBantam, Toffeeman, Jimmie O

The others are out and 100 will be removed from there accounts and placed in the pot for the winner.

Due to International games and no premiership or championship games next weekend.
Selection 2 is League Two game: Shrewsbury Town vs Rotherham on Saturday 4th September 2010

Can the three left please decide their selection of Shrewsbury, Draw or Rotherham before kick off please.
There is no senntiment in the betting shop. Everybodies money is great for me to take!

Yep. But if that is the case the pot will carry to the next competition, which is why the entry fee has not been removed yet, until we have a winner. The pot stands at 1400.

Ok then that knocks another out as Shrewsbury won.

So BradfordBantam is knocked out leaving Toffeeman and Jimmie O.

Right the third selection is from Saturday 11th September 2010 and the premiership programme.
