Portsmouth, Burnley and Hull have all been very poor this season. I think that has helped other teams paper over the cracks.

It was good to see Birmingham and Wolves come up and survive. If Newcastle and West Brom do the same next season (and they are both capable of surviving), it may mean some of the more established clubs flirting with relegation.

I think that this season may see the lowest points scored by a team that survived. I know that West Ham hold the record for the highest number of points scored and still got relegated (41 points). They may end up holding the record for the lowest points scored by a survivor as well.
